The basic self-propelled chassis consists of a standardized operator workplace, a power unit, transmission and control units, module-mounting fasteners, and marking units. For sprinkling glass beads onto the marking lines, the chassis is equipped with a glass bead tank allowing for vacuum loading.
The module is a complete functional unit designed for operation with one or more similar marking materials. Replaceable modules allow for application of thick-layer and thin-layer road markings by various methods using specialized marking units.
Any module that is part of the machine can be replaced by another module directly by the user. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with any additional replaceable module.

Standard configuration of the basic self-propelled chassis includes the following:
- Slidable operator workplace with two seats, a hard roof, rear-view mirrors, and controls;
- Marking control panel;
- Power unit control panel;
- Hydraulic steering;
- Standardized hydraulic oil and compressed air connections;
- Glass bead tank;
- Lighting components and flashing lights;
- Marking unit light and operator workplace light for working during nighttime;
- Hydraulically lifted/lowered mechanical aiming device;
- Automation and control units;
- Piston compressor;
- Two fire extinguishers.

Chassis Options:
- “Pass This Side” sign (700 mm) on a swing arm or “Detour” cluster sign (1,050 x 1,050 mm, cluster size 200 mm);
- Screw compressor;
- Rear platform for a support worker and road cones;
- Repositioned sweeper in front of the marking unit for roadway cleaning;
- Pre-marking equipment;
- Any RAL color for the chassis.

Kontur 1500H Road Marking Machine
Kontur 1500H is designed for thick-layer marking with cold plastics and consists of the basic Kontur 1500 chassis and a cold plastic module. The marking unit can apply flat and structured lines 100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250, or 300 mm wide. Applicator sizes should be specified when ordering.

MH1500 Cold Plastic Module.
Standard Module Configuration:
- Cold plastic tank;
- Hardener tank;
- Flushing liquid tank;
- Cold plastic dispensing system;
- Hardener dispensing system;
- Repositionable two-line marking unit;
- Hydraulic agitator in the cold plastic tank;
- One set of flat or structured line applicators (The size to be specified when ordering; additional applicators to be ordered separately).

Module Options:
- Additional flat and structured line applicators (100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250, and 300 mm wide).

Kontur 1500KRoad Marking Machine.
Kontur 1500K is designed for airless thin-layer marking application using solvent-based paints with min 70% solids content. The machine consists of the basic Kontur 1500 chassis with a paint module.

MK1500Paint Module
Standard Module Configuration:
- Repositionable marking unit with two paint gun and glass bead gun pairs;
- Paint tank;
- Hydraulic agitator;
- High-pressure paint pump;
- Coarse paint filter on the pump paint supply line;
- Fine paint filter on the high-pressure line;
- Handheld paint gun, 10 m hose;
- Paint flow sensor;
- GSM/GLONASS data storage and transfer system.

Module Options:
- Additional third paint gun and glass bead gun pair;
- Handheld paint gun extension, 50 cm;
- Line beginning photo sensor (may be installed on any gun);
- Airport runway and taxiway marking equipment (parameters to be agreed with the customer);
- Two-line cold spray plastic module, 100:2, external mixing;
- Third set of guns for spray plastic, 100:2, external mixing;
- Handheld gun for spray plastic, 100:2, external mixing;
- Stainless steel tank for water-based paint.

Kontur 1500TRoad Marking Machine.
Kontur 1500T is designed for thick-layer marking with thermoplastics and consists of the basic Kontur 1500 chassis and a thermoplastic module.

MT1500 Thermoplastic Module.
Standard Module Configuration:
- Heat-insulated thermoplastic tank;
- Hydraulic agitator in the thermoplastic tank;
- Thermal oil circulation system;
- Temperature control system for thermal oil and thermoplastic;
- Oil burner;
- Mesh filter in the filling window of the thermoplastic tank;
- Marking unit for flat lines up to 500 mm wide (10 x 50 mm);
- Two glass bead guns;
- Handheld gas burner;
- Touch-free temperature gauge.

Module Options:
- DL marking unit for flat and structured lines up to 500 mm wide (10 x 50 mm);
- Draining chute for draining thermoplastic from the tank;
- Thermoplastic spray equipment (requires a screw compressor in the basic chassis configuration), two lines.
