Kontur 700TPK machine is designed for applying thick-layer and thin-layer horizontal road markings onto asphalt concrete and cement concrete surfaces using thermoplastics or paints and retroreflective glass beads.
The thermoplastic marking unit allows application of 5 to 50 cm wide lines in various combinations. The extruder in the standard configuration is equipped with eight valves 5 cm wide. Optionally, the width and number of valves can be different. The valve opening control system allows applying solid lines and rumble strips as well as lines with systematic profiles and patterns. The thermoplastic tank is equipped with the automatic temperature control system, a hydraulic mixer, and a thermoplastic vapor removal system.
The paint marking unit with two paint gun and glass bead gun pairs can be changed from side to side in five minutes. The hydraulic travel drive ensures smooth machine speed regulation during marking. The automatic oil burner regulation system ensures that the thermoplastic temperature setting is maintained in the desired range. All mechanisms are controlled directly from the operator seat.
The extruder, the sweeper, and the operator seat can be installed on either side of the machine: left or right.
The machine must be transported to the site on a low-frame trailer with a load capacity of at least 5 tons.

- Hydraulic powered sweeper.

- DL marking unit for flat and structured lines up to 500 mm wide (10 x 50 mm);
- Draining chute for draining thermoplastic from the tank;
- Remote button duplicating the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
- Handheld paint gun extension, 50 cm.
