KONTUR 700HPK
CATEGORIES:Equipment
DESCRIPTION
Kontur 700HPK is designed for applying thick-layer and thin-layer horizontal road markings onto asphalt concrete and cement concrete surfaces using cold plastics or paints and retroreflective glass beads.
The cold plastic marking unit is equipped with two quick-release applicators to apply single and double lines. A different applicator is used for each line type and width. Cold plastic and hardener (curing agent) are mixed immediately before applying onto the road surface. Components are dispensed automatically. Variable displacement pumps deliver cold plastic and hardener to the dynamic agitator. Plastic consumption depends on the marking type and structured line pattern and ranges from 1.5 to 6 kg/m2. Glass beads are automatically sprinkled onto the lines.
The cold plastic marking unit can apply flat and structured lines (random agglomerates or dots) 100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250, or 300 mm wide. Applicator sizes should be specified when ordering.
The paint marking unit is equipped with two pairs of paint and glass bead guns. The marking unit is lifted and lowered from the operator workplace.
The hydraulic travel drive enables to smoothly adjust the machine speed during marking.
The marking units, the sweeper, and the operator seat can be mounted on either side of the machine: left or right.
The machine must be transported to the site on a low-frame trailer with a load capacity of at least 5 tons.
