Kontur 100 Road Marking Machine is designed for applying horizontal road markings using quick-drying paints and retroreflective glass beads.
With its compact size, it may be used for marking in urban streets, car parking slots and parking areas. The airless marking technology, where the paint pressure can reach 140 bar, allows using high-viscosity road marking materials with high solids content (viscosity measured with Ford # 4 cup up to 150 seconds). Such paints dry quickly and do not smear when applied in thick layers (up to 650 microns).
High-quality components ensure reliability and long service life of the equipment. The high-quality components of leading companies like Graco, Danfoss, Festo, Fini, and Kamber are installed in the machine.
One load of marking materials is sufficient to apply 300 m² of markings.

Standard Configuration:
- Central marking unit, with three paint gun and glass bead gun pairs;
- Right-side marking unit, without guns;
- Marking control panel;
- Foot pedal duplicating the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
- Paint flow sensor;
- Handheld gun with 10 m hose;
- Roof-mounted flashing lights;
- Spotlight for the marking unit;
- Operator workplace light.

Options:
- Remote button duplicating the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
- Joystick for fast program selection on the control panel;
- Additional fourth pair of a paint gun and a glass bead gun on the right-side marking unit;
- Left side marking unit, without guns;
- Line beginning photo sensor (may be installed on any gun);
- Handheld paint gun extension, 50 cm;
- Handheld air jet gun for air cleaning of working equipment.
