Kontur 400 is a machine with replaceable modules. The module type determines the marking material type to be used and the application method.
Any module of the machine can be replaced with another module directly by the user. The machine can be completed with any additional replaceable module.

Standard configuration of the basic self-propelled chassis includes the following:
- Slidable operator workplace with two seats, a hard roof, rear-view mirrors, and controls;
- Marking control panel;
- Hydraulic steering;
- Standardized hydraulic oil and compressed air connections;
- Glass bead tank;
- Lighting components and flashing lights;
- Marking unit light and operator workplace light;
- Manually lifted/lowered mechanical aiming device;
- Automation and control units;
- Piston compressor;
- Two fire extinguishers.

Chassis Options:
- Rear platform for a support worker and road cones.

Kontur 400H Road Marking Machine.
Kontur 400H is designed for applying thick-layer markings with cold plastics and consists of a basic Kontur 400 chassis and a cold plastic module. The marking unit can apply flat and structured lines 100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250, or 300 mm wide. Applicator sizes should be specified when ordering.

MH400 Cold Plastic Module

Standard Module Configuration:
- Cold plastic tank;
- Hardener tank;
- Flushing liquid tank;
- Cold plastic dispensing system;
- Hardener dispensing system;
- Single line marking unit;
- Hydraulic agitator in the cold plastic tank;
- One flat or structured line applicator (The size to be specified when ordering; additional applicators to be ordered separately).

Module Options:
- Additional flat and structured line applicators (100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250, and 300 mm wide).

Kontur 400K Road Marking Machine.
Kontur 400K is designed for airless thin-layer marking application using solvent-based paints with solids content of at least 70% and viscosity up to 150 seconds measured with Ford # 4 cup. The machine consists of the basic Kontur 400 chassis and a paint module.

MK400 Paint Module

Standard Module Configuration:
- Repositionable marking unit with two paint gun and glass bead gun pairs;
- Paint tank;
- Hydraulic agitator;
- High-pressure paint pump;
- Fine paint filter on the high-pressure line;
- Handheld paint gun, 10 m hose;
- Handheld paint gun extension, 50 cm;
- Paint flow sensor;
- GSM/GLONASS data storage and transfer system.

Module Options:
- Additional third paint gun and glass bead gun pair;
- Line beginning photo sensor (can be installed on any gun);
- Two-line cold spray plastic module, 100:2, external mixing.

Kontur 400T Road Marking Machine.
Kontur 400T is designed for applying thick-layer markings with thermoplastics and consists of the basic Kontur 400 chassis and a thermoplastic module.

MT400 Thermoplastic Module

Standard Module Configuration:
- Heat-insulated thermoplastic tank;
- Hydraulic agitator in the thermoplastic tank;
- Thermal oil circulation system;
- Temperature control system for thermal oil and thermoplastic;
- Oil burner;
- Mesh filter in the filling window of the thermoplastic tank;
- Marking unit for flat line extrusion (up to 300 mm wide);
- Glass bead gun;
- Handheld gas burner;
- Touch-free temperature gauge.

Module Options:
- Screed box marking unit (instead of the standard marking unit).
