Kontur 600 Road Marking Machine is designed for horizontal road marking using quick-drying paints and retroreflective glass beads.
With its compact size, the machine can be used for marking on urban and suburban roads without hindering traffic. The hydraulic wheel drive ensures smooth running. The aiming device can be raised or lowered from the operator workplace to quickly bring the machine from the transport position to the operating position.
The airless marking technology, where paint pressure can reach 140 bar, allows using high-viscosity road marking materials with high solids content (viscosity measured with Ford # 4 cup up to 150 seconds). Such paints dry quickly and do not smear when applied in thick layers (up to 650 microns).
High-quality components ensure reliability and long service life of the equipment. The high-quality components of leading companies, like Graco, Danfoss, Festo, Fini, and Kamber are installed in the machine.
One load of marking materials is sufficient to apply 1,200 m2 of markings.

Standard Configuration:
- Central marking unit, with three paint gun and glass bead gun pairs;
- Right-side marking unit, without guns;
- Marking control panel;
- Foot pedal duplicating the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
- Paint flow sensor;
- Handheld gun with 10 m hose;
- Roof-mounted flashing lights;
- Spotlight for the marking unit;
- Operator workplace light;
- Hydraulic drive for raising/lowering the central marking unit;
- Hydraulic drive for raising/lowering the aiming device;
- Handheld air jet gun for air cleaning of working equipment;
- Rear platform for a support worker and road cones.

Options:
- Remote button duplicating the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
- Joystick for fast program selection on the control panel;
- Additional fourth paint gun and glass bead gun pair on the right-side marking unit;
- Left-side marking unit, without guns (not available with the Cold Spray Plastic 100:2, External Mixing option);
- Line beginning photo sensor (may be installed on any gun);
- “Pass This Side” sign (700 mm) on a swing arm or “Detour” cluster sign (1100x1100 mm);
- Handheld paint gun extension, 50 cm;
- Cold Spray Plastic 100:2, External Mixing option for one line;
- Rear platform seat for a support worker.
