Kontur 650K Road Marking Machine is designed for airless horizontal road marking application using quick-drying paints and retroreflective glass beads.
The compact size together with the large marking materials’ capacity make the machine perfectly suited for both urban and highway projects. Hydrostatic transmission ensures smooth running. The marking unit can be changed from one side of the machine to the other.
The airless marking technology allows using high-viscosity road marking materials with high solids content (viscosity measured with Ford # 4 cup up to 150 seconds). Optional equipment allows marking with 100:2 cold spray plastic using a unique technology where the main component is mixed with the hardener directly in the paint gun static mixer.
The machine is to be transported on a low-frame trailer with a load capacity of at least 3.5 tons. The trailer may be ordered together with Kontur 650K.
One load of materials is sufficient to apply 1,600 m² of markings.

- Marking unit with two paint gun and glass bead gun pairs;

- Paint flow sensor;
- Handheld gun with 10 m hose;
- Hydraulic agitator in the paint tank;
- Roof-mounted flashing lights;
- Spotlight for the marking unit;

- Hydraulic drive for raising/lowering the aiming device;
- Rear platform for a support worker and road cones.

Options:
- Remote button duplicating the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
- Joystick for fast program selection on the control panel;
- Additional third paint gun and glass bead gun pair on the marking unit;
- Line beginning photo sensor (may be installed on any gun);
- “Pass This Side” sign (700 mm) on a swing arm or “Detour” cluster sign (1100x1100 mm);
- Handheld paint gun extension, 50 cm;
- Hydraulic powered sweeper;
- Rear platform seat for a support worker;
