The basic self-propelled chassis consists of the operator workplace, a power unit, transmission and control units, module-mounting fasteners, and marking units. To sprinkle glass beads onto the marking lines, the chassis is equipped with a glass bead tank.
The module is a complete functional unit designed for operation with one or more similar marking materials. Replaceable modules allow for application of thick-layer and thin-layer road markings by various methods using specialized marking units.
Any module that is part of the machine can be replaced by another module directly by the user.

Standard configuration of the basic self-propelled chassis includes the following:
- Slidable operator workplace with two seats, a hard roof, rear-view mirrors, and controls;
- Marking control panel;
- Control terminal for the modules;
- Hydraulic steering;
- Standardized hydraulic oil and compressed air connections;
- Glass bead tank;
- Lighting components and flashing lights;
- Marking unit light and operator workplace light;
- Mechanically lifted/lowered aiming device;
- Automation and control units;
- Piston compressor;
- Repositioned sweeper in front of the marking unit for roadway cleaning;
- Two fire extinguishers.

- Rear platform for a support worker and road cones;
- “Detour” cluster sign.

Kontur 750H Road Marking Machine
Kontur 750H is designed for applying thick-layer markings with cold plastics and consists of a basic Kontur 750 chassis and a cold plastic module. The marking unit can apply flat and structured lines 100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250, or 300 mm wide. Applicator sizes should be specified when ordering.

MH750 Cold Plastic Module
Standard Module Configuration:
- Cold plastic tank;
- Hardener tank;
- Flushing liquid tank;
- Cold plastic dispensing system;
- Hardener dispensing system;
- Repositionable two-line marking unit;
- Hydraulic agitator in the cold plastic tank;
- One set of flat or structured line applicators (The size to be specified when ordering; additional applicators to be ordered separately).

Module Options:
- Additional flat and structured line applicators (100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250, and 300 mm wide).

Kontur 750K Road Marking Machine
Kontur 750K is designed for airless thin-layer marking application using solvent-based paints with min 70% solids content. The machine consists of a standard Kontur 750 chassis and a paint module.

MK750 Paint Module Standard Module Configuration:
- Repositionable marking unit with two paint gun and glass bead gun pairs;
- Paint tank;
- Hydraulic agitator;
- High-pressure paint pump;
- Coarse paint filter on the pump paint supply line;
- Fine paint filter on the high-pressure line;
- Handheld paint gun, 10 m hose;
- Paint flow sensor.

Module Options:
- Handheld paint gun extension, 50 cm;
- Two-line cold spray plastic application equipment, formulation 100:2;
- Stainless steel tank for water-based paint.

Kontur 750T Road Marking Machine
Kontur 750T is designed for applying thick-layer markings using thermoplastics and consists of a basic Kontur 750 chassis and a thermoplastic module.

MT750 Thermoplastic Module
Standard Module Configuration:
- Heat-insulated thermoplastic tank;
- Hydraulic agitator in the thermoplastic tank;
- Thermal oil circulation system;
- Temperature control system for thermal oil and thermoplastic;
- Oil burner;
- Coarse thermoplastic filter in the thermoplastic tank filling window;
- Marking unit for flat lines up to 500 mm wide (10 x 50 mm);
- Two glass bead guns;
- Touch-free temperature gauge.

Module Options:
- Draining chute for draining thermoplastic from the tank.
